1. Overview

AirNewlo provides lightweight conceptual design flows that help streamline creative processes and accelerate product vision development across services, digital materials, and physical items.

2. Offerings

2.1 Professional Services

Clients may schedule sessions for concept mapping, prototyping guidance, and workflow optimization tailored to project needs.

2.2 Digital Deliverables

Digital packages including interactive guides, templates, and instructional materials accessible upon confirmation of purchase.

2.3 Physical Products

Printed manuals, kits, and hardware accessories related to conceptual design, shipped to the address provided during checkout.

3. Fees and Ordering

All fees are specified at the time of purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is received in full.

4. Reimbursement and Scheduling Policy

4.1 Professional Services

Clients may modify session dates at no extra cost up to 5 days before the scheduled date. Changes requested less than 5 days in advance may incur a rescheduling fee. If a session is canceled more than 10 days before the scheduled date, a full reimbursement will be issued. Cancellations within 10 days are not eligible for reimbursement due to preparatory resource commitments.

4.2 Digital Deliverables

Digital items are available immediately upon purchase and access is granted via secure download links. Reimbursement may be requested within 7 days if the materials have not been downloaded. After download, these items cannot be reimbursed due to the nature of instant access.

4.3 Physical Products

Physical items may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the client. Upon confirmation and inspection of the sent back item, a reimbursement will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. How Reimbursements are Handled

All approved reimbursement requests are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. For assistance, contact us via our support form.

6. No-Reimbursement Policy

Certain promotional services or limited edition physical products are clearly marked as non-refundable. These offerings are offered below cost to allow early access. Because of reduced margins and advance resource planning, these items cannot be reimbursed.

7. Modifications to Terms

AirNewlo reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication on our website. Continued use of our offerings after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
